Temporal Correspondence Bureau

A lo-fi narrative game about memory, nostalgia, and the moments that might have happened.

In a quiet corner of a broken system, terminals blink softly, each holding a memory from a life that might have been.

You explore empty rooms filled with artifacts of almost-decisions. This is a space between timelines — soft, still, and a little bit haunted.

Created for a durational Twitch performance, this piece blends cute pixel aesthetics with liminal spaces to reflect on hesitation, alternate paths, and emotional leftovers.

💾 Features:

  • Three atmospheric memory terminals

  • Lo-fi sound and visual design

  • Cute interiors with emotional weight

  • A short, quiet experience

🎮 Controls:

  • Move: WASD or Arrow Keys

  • Interact: E or Enter

  • Pause: Esc

There’s a bug I keep running into. Whenever I accidentally press enter a second time when accessing a terminal the game bugs. It won’t let me leave the screen or move away from the terminal.

Oh, thanks for noting and for playing! I know there were also some similar bugs around pulling up the pause menu while interacting with other GUI too. I'll look into a fix

No problem! Can’t wait to play after :)
